Privacy Policy

Recipes, costs, prices and every other value you enter into a BarCalcs calculator are processed in your browser. We do not transmit those values to a server and we do not store them after you close the tab. Printing or copying a result happens locally on your device.

BarCalcs does not require a signup and we do not currently create user accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses or passwords. If accounts are introduced later, this page will be updated before any account data is collected.

We measure aggregate usage — which pages are visited, which calculators are used, and where visitors arrived from — to decide which tools to build next. This may use cookies or similar browser storage set by a third-party analytics provider. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally, and analytics is only active when an analytics provider is configured for the site.

You can block analytics with your browser settings, a content blocker, or by enabling Do Not Track. The calculators work exactly the same either way.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. When you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies and apply its own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.

The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

BarCalcs is a professional tool for the drinks trade and is not directed at children.
